We want you to be completely satisfied with your TOG24 gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Place the items you wish to return inside their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns note included in your original delivery, specifying the reason for return or the details for an exchange.

  Generate a Shipping Label

  Visit our online returns portal to print a pre-paid shipping label or generate a QR code for a paperless drop-off at your local courier point.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated drop-off location and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
